For 22 years, Chef Daniel Romero Montano has been offering a menu using fresh and locally sourced ingredients and has perfected it using various recipes that will satisfy your appetite. Offering a breakfast that will satisfy your appetite beyond just being hungry, a lunch that will have you coming back for more, to a dinner that will excite & transform your expectations of food, confirming that this is a restaurant offering a quality of preparation & service which gives pleasure & satisfaction to its customers. Continuing his 18-year role as Head Chef, Daniel has now taken over ownership of the restaurant, carrying on the tradition of hearty & satisfying food started in 1998 by an Australian transplant who bought with her a love of quality coffee & food. An extensive array of in-house baked goods complements the menu & includes scones, muffins, turnovers, cookies, doughnuts, breakfast biscuits, Cornish pasties & Focaccia bread, all the lunch sandwiches and gluten-free options are available. Each house coffee is individually made using the pour-over method, using French Roast beans imparts a strong, flavorful brew. The Baristas will create all the popular Espresso drinks or your favorite combination.
